We are looking for a Landscape Carpenter to join our team! You will have the opportunity to work on high-end projects, learn new skills, and build a career with a growing company.

This position is full-time, includes benefits after three months, and comes with winter work options.

Responsibilities

  • Works with out without direct supervision of the Foremen
  • Co-ordinates with on-site staff for timely completion of projects
  • Position requires some record keeping (time tracking and material usage)
  • Communicating openly and honestly
  • Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality
  • Follow and enforce company polices for all on site personal
  • Construct decks, pergolas, fences, cabana and other landscape elements
  • Position may include snow removal in additions to standard responsibilities in winter months
  • Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years landscape carpentry experience
  • Time management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Familiar with the maintenance and use of various woodworking tools ie. Table saw, mitre saw, circular saw, drills etc.
  • Gas powered tool maintenance and operation
  • Safe truck and trailer loading and operation
  • Able to take instruction and complete tasks
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle basic carpentry tasks ie fence construction, basic deck framing, post setting
  • General understanding of construction procedures
  • Qualifications

    A Basic understanding in the following areas:

  • Plumbing (copper & PVC)
  • Electrical including low voltage lighting
  • Roofing materials and installation
  • Landscape construction techniques and processes

    Salary Range: $40,000-56,000 depending on experience
